Welcome to Dmhqrx, an AI-powered virtual sunglasses try-on tool designed to provide you with a convenient, personalized, and stylish virtual try-on experience. This User Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing your use of the Dmhqrx app and all services provided by Dmhqrx . By downloading, installing, or using the App or any of the Services, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must not download, install, or use the App or the Services. This Agreement is designed to be clear and transparent, focusing on your rights and responsibilities as a User, as well as our commitments to protecting your privacy information, not collecting your facial information or any biometric data, and ensuring a safe and respectful experience for all Users.

First, let us clearly introduce our product and Services: Dmhqrx is an AI-powered virtual sunglasses try-on tool. Users upload portrait photos and customize frame styles, lens colors, shapes and sizes. The AI intelligently fits facial features to generate realistic wearing effects. With a trendy and simple interface, it supports one-click generation, HD saving and fast sharing. It helps users preview matching effects and choose ideal sunglasses easily, bringing a convenient, personalized and stylish virtual try-on experience. Our Services are designed to be easy to use, anonymous, and focused on protecting your privacy, with no unnecessary requirements or data collection.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App or any of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You further confirm that you are of legal age to enter into this Agreement and to use the Services in accordance with applicable laws. We may update or modify this Agreement from time to time, and any changes will be posted within the App with a prominent notification. Your continued use of the App or Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement. If you do not agree to the modified Agreement, you must stop using the App and Services immediately.

2. Eligibility to Use the Services

Dmhqrx is strictly intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the App or Services, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. We do not knowingly allow users under the age of 18 to download, install, or use the App or any of the Services. If we become aware that a User is under 18 years of age, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate their access to the App and Services immediately, without prior notice, to ensure the protection of minors. This age requirement is a critical part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and appropriate experience for all Users.

Additionally, you agree to use the App and Services only for legal purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the App or Services if you are prohibited from doing so by any applicable law or if you have previously been restricted or terminated from using the App or Services by Dmhqrx.

3. No Account Required—Anonymous Usage

Dmhqrx does not require you to create an account, register, or log in to use any of its features or Services. You can access all functions of the App immediately after downloading and installing it, without providing any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, or any other data that could identify you. This means you can use the App and Services completely anonymously, with no link between your use of the App and any personal identifiable information.

We do not track your usage habits, do not record your browsing history, and do not collect any data that could be used to identify you individually. Your use of the App and Services is entirely private and untraceable to your personal identity. There is no need to share any personal details to use our virtual try-on service—simply upload your portrait photo, customize your sunglasses preferences, and enjoy the AI-generated try-on effects. Your anonymity is our priority, and we will never ask you to provide any personal information at any point during your use of the App or Services.

4. Privacy Protection Commitments

Protecting your privacy is our top priority, and we are fully committed to ensuring that your personal information and privacy rights are protected at all times. Our privacy practices are consistent with this Agreement and our Privacy Policy, and we adhere to the following core commitments:

• We strictly do not collect, store, process, or retain any facial information, facial features, biometric data, or any other form of personal identifiable information from your uploaded photos or your use of the App. When you upload a portrait photo to use our virtual try-on service, our AI only performs temporary processing to identify the general contour of your face, facial outline, and basic facial structure—this is necessary to generate a realistic sunglasses try-on effect that fits naturally. We do not extract, store, or retain any facial features, facial landmarks, or biometric data.
• All uploaded photos and temporary processing data are immediately deleted after the AI generates the try-on effect. We do not store your photos on any servers, do not back up your photos, and do not retain any data related to your use of the App. The only copy of your uploaded photo and the generated try-on effect is saved exclusively on your local device, and you have full, exclusive control over this content.
• Dmhqrx uses only self-developed AI services created and maintained exclusively by the Dmhqrx team—we never use any third-party AI services, data processors, external tools, or third-party APIs. All AI processing is completed using our own in-house AI technology, ensuring that your data never leaves our secure system and is never accessed by any third parties.
• We never send your data, photos, or any information about your use of the App or Services to any third-party services, including advertisers, data brokers, social media platforms, or other third-party companies. Your data is solely used to provide you with the virtual try-on service, and nothing more.

5. User Responsibilities

When using the App and Services, you agree to comply with the following responsibilities to ensure a safe, respectful, and positive experience for all Users:

• Prohibition of Obscene, Violent, or Inappropriate Content: You agree not to upload, process, or generate any obscene, violent, illegal, or inappropriate content while using the App or Services. This includes, but is not limited to: nudity, sexual acts, explicit sexual content, or sexually suggestive content; violence, bloodshed, torture, or harm to individuals or animals; content that promotes self-harm, suicide, or illegal activities; photos of other individuals without their explicit, written consent; and non-portrait photos (such as landscapes, objects, or animals) that are not intended for virtual try-on.
• Ownership of Uploaded Content: You warrant that you own all rights to any photos or content you upload to the App, or that you have obtained explicit, written consent from the owner of such content to upload and use it in connection with the Services. You agree not to upload any content that infringes on the copyright, trademark, privacy, or other intellectual property rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for any legal liability arising from the upload or use of content that violates this provision.
• Proper Use of the App and Services: You agree to use the App and Services only for their intended purpose—virtual sunglasses try-on—and not for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or any part of the Services, or use any automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or use the App or Services.
• Device Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the security of your device and any content saved on your device (including uploaded photos and generated try-on effects). We are not liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized access to your device or content resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your device.

6. AI Technology and Services

Dmhqrx uses only self-developed AI services created and maintained exclusively by the Dmhqrx team. All AI processing, including photo analysis, sunglasses customization, and try-on effect generation, is completed using our own in-house AI technology. We never use any third-party AI services, data processors, or external tools, which ensures that your data remains secure and private at all times.

We continuously improve our AI technology to enhance the quality and realism of the virtual try-on effects, but we do not guarantee that the AI-generated effects will be 100% accurate or meet your specific expectations. The AI is designed to generate realistic effects based on the uploaded photo and your customization preferences, but variations may occur due to factors such as photo quality, lighting, and facial angles. We reserve the right to modify or update the AI technology and Services from time to time to improve the user experience, provided that such changes do not materially reduce the overall functionality of the Services.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• Dmhqrx’s Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to the App, the Services, and the self-developed AI technology (including but not limited to software, code, algorithms, design elements, trademarks, logos, and exclusive sunglasses styles) are owned exclusively by Dmhqrx. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App and Services for personal, non-commercial purposes during your use of the App. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense any part of the App, Services, or Dmhqrx’s intellectual property.
• User’s Intellectual Property: You retain full ownership of any photos or content you upload to the App and any try-on effects generated using the Services. Dmhqrx never claims ownership of your content, and we never use, edit, or share your content without your explicit action. However, you grant Dmhqrx a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your uploaded photos and generated effects solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you (i.e., generating virtual try-on effects) and improving the Services (provided that all such use is anonymous and does not include any identifiable information, and that we never store or retain your content beyond the temporary processing period).

8. Limitations on Use

You agree not to use the App or Services in any way that violates this Agreement, applicable laws, or the rights of others. We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the App and Services at any time, without prior notice, if you violate any of the terms of this Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, uploading prohibited content, infringing on intellectual property rights, using the App for illegal activities, or violating our privacy commitments.

We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of the Services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, maintenance, or improvements. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from such modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.
