Welcome to Dmhqrx, an AI-powered virtual sunglasses try-on tool that offers both free basic services and optional Premium Services to enhance your virtual try-on experience. This Subscription Agreement governs your subscription to the Dmhqrx Premium Services offered by Dmhqrx. By purchasing, activating, or using the Premium Services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as well as the Dmhqrx User Agreement and Dmhqrx Privacy Policy . If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must not purchase, activate, or use the Premium Services. Your use of the Premium Services constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement and any updates or modifications the Company may make from time to time. At Dmhqrx, our core commitments toprotecting your privacy information, not collecting your facial information or any biometric data, using only self-developed AI services, and ensuring your complete anonymity remain unchanged for all Subscribers.
Dmhqrx’s free basic services include basic virtual sunglasses try-on features, while the Premium Services offer enhanced, exclusive features to elevate your experience. The Premium Services are designed to provide you with more personalized, convenient, and high-quality virtual try-on options, all while upholding our strict privacy protection standards. As with all Dmhqrx services, Dmhqrx does not require you to create an account, register, or log in to subscribe to or use the Premium Services—you can enjoy the Premium Services completely anonymously, with no personal information collected or required.
Dmhqrx Premium Services are strictly intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By subscribing to or using the Premium Services, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. The Company does not knowingly allow users under the age of 18 to subscribe to or use the Premium Services. If the Company becomes aware that a Subscriber is under 18 years of age, it reserves the right to restrict or terminate their access to the Premium Services immediately, without prior notice, to ensure the protection of minors.
Additionally, you must have a valid payment method accepted by the Company to subscribe to the Premium Services. You agree to use the Premium Services only for legal purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not subscribe to or use the Premium Services if you are prohibited from doing so by any applicable law or if you have previously been restricted or terminated from using Dmhqrx’s services by the Company.
You do not need to create an account to subscribe to or use the Premium Services. The Company does not collect any personal information, facial information, biometric data, or any other data that could identify you during the subscription process or while using the Premium Services. Your subscription is linked to your device (not to a personal account), ensuring your anonymity is maintained at all times. The only information processed during subscription is the payment information required to complete the transaction, which is handled securely by a trusted third-party payment processor (the Company does not store or retain any payment information).
The Premium Services include, but are not limited to, the following enhanced features (subject to change at the Company’s discretion, with prior notice to Subscribers):
The Company reserves the right to add, remove, or modify Premium Services features at any time, provided that such changes do not materially reduce the overall value of the subscription. Any material changes will be notified to you via a prominent in-app notification, and your continued use of the Premium Services after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the modified features.
The Company offers three core subscription plans for the Premium Services, all priced clearly and displayed in the App at the time of subscription, with prices subject to change with prior notice to Subscribers. All prices are displayed in the currency selected by you at the time of purchase, and include any applicable taxes or fees, unless otherwise stated. The three subscription plans are as follows, with all plan details highlighted in bold for clarity:
Promotional Plans: From time to time, the Company may offer limited-time promotional subscription plans (e.g., trial plans, discounted short-term plans) with special pricing or additional benefits. All promotional plans are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly displayed in the App at the time of the promotion. Promotional plans may have different renewal terms, eligibility requirements, or feature limitations, and the Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional plans at any time without prior notice.
Payment Processing: All subscription payments are processed through a secure, third-party payment processor (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal). The Company does not collect, store, or retain any of your payment information (including credit card details, bank account information, or payment method credentials). The payment processor is solely responsible for the security and processing of your payment information, and you agree to comply with the payment processor’s terms and conditions. If a payment is declined or fails to process, the Company will notify you via in-app notification, and the Premium Services may be suspended until the payment is successfully processed.
4.1 Auto-Renewal: All subscription plans are set to auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle, unless you cancel the subscription before the start of the next billing cycle. The Company will charge the applicable subscription fee to your selected payment method on the renewal date, and the subscription will continue for another billing cycle of the same length (e.g., Monthly Subscription renews every 30 days, Six Month Subscription renews every 180 days, Yearly Subscription renews every 365 days).
You will receive a reminder notification in the App at least 3 days before the renewal date, informing you of the upcoming renewal and the amount to be charged. If your payment method is declined or fails to process on the renewal date, the Company will attempt to process the payment again within a reasonable period (typically 3-5 business days). If the payment remains unprocessed, the Premium Services will be suspended until payment is successfully processed, or the subscription is cancelled.
4.2 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. To cancel, you must follow the cancellation instructions provided in the App (typically found in the “Subscription” or “Settings” section). No refunds will be provided for partial subscription terms, except in cases where the Company fails to provide the Premium Services as outlined in this Agreement.
If you cancel a free trial of the Premium Services before the trial period ends, you will not be charged, and the Premium Services will be revoked at the end of the trial period. If you do not cancel the free trial before it ends, the subscription will auto-renew, and the applicable subscription fee will be charged to your payment method in accordance with the billing cycle of the selected plan.
4.3 Termination by the Company: The Company may terminate your subscription at any time, without prior notice, if: (a) you violate any term of this Agreement, the User Agreement, or the Privacy Policy; (b) you use the Premium Services for any prohibited purpose or engage in any prohibited activities (as outlined in the User Agreement); (c) your payment method is repeatedly declined or fails to process after multiple attempts; (d) you are under 18 years of age; (e) the Company discontinues the Premium Services or the App entirely. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Premium Services immediately, and no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription term.
Protecting your privacy is our top priority, and all of the Company’s privacy commitments outlined in the Dmhqrx Privacy Policy apply fully to Subscribers of the Premium Services. The Company’s core privacy commitments for Subscribers include:
As a Subscriber, you agree to comply with all the user responsibilities outlined in the Dmhqrx User Agreement, as well as the following additional responsibilities specific to the Premium Services:
7.1 Company’s Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to the Premium Services, including but not limited to the self-developed AI algorithms, exclusive sunglasses styles, software, code, design elements, trademarks, and logos, are owned exclusively by the Company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Premium Services during the subscription term, but no rights are transferred to you under this Agreement. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense any part of the Premium Services or the Company’s intellectual property.
7.2 Subscriber’s Intellectual Property: You retain full ownership of any photos or content you upload to the App and any try-on effects generated using the Premium Services. The Company never claims ownership of your content, and we never use, edit, or share your content without your explicit action. However, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your uploaded photos and generated effects solely for the purpose of providing the Premium Services to you and improving the Premium Services (provided that all such use is anonymous and does not include any identifiable information, and that the Company never stores or retains your content beyond the temporary processing period).
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Premium Services or any part of them at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, maintenance, or improvements. The Company is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from such modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.
The Company does not guarantee that the Premium Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The AI-generated try-on effects are based on the uploaded photo and customization preferences, and variations may occur due to factors such as photo quality, lighting, and facial angles. Your use of the Premium Services is at your own risk, and you assume full responsibility for any damage to your device or loss of data resulting from your use of the Premium Services.

By purchasing, activating, or using the Dmhqrx Premium Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the User Agreement, and the Privacy Policy. The Company is dedicated to providing you with a convenient, personalized, and secure enhanced virtual sunglasses try-on experience, and we will continue to uphold our commitments to protecting your privacy information, not collecting your facial information or biometric data, using only our self-developed AI services, and ensuring your complete anonymity. We value your trust and will work tirelessly to maintain it by adhering to the terms of this Agreement and providing high-quality Premium Services.
